Muddled strawberries and cilantro bring out tequila’s fresh side.
1 cup – Fresh cilantro
4 – Strawberries
1 oz – Fresh lime juice
3 oz – Tequila Solorzano Plata
1⁄2 oz – Aperol
1⁄2 oz – Simple syrup
1 dash – Orange bitters
- In a shaker, muddle the cilantro, strawberries and lime juice.
- Add the remaining ingredients and fill with ice.
- Shake for 10 seconds and double strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with an additional strawberry and a few cilantro sprigs.
